This site asks for one thing, and only if you choose to give it: an email address, to tell you when the crew lens ships.
This note covers agenticobservability.app. The site is made and run by RAIVEN (Richard Vdovjak, Eindhoven, the Netherlands), the data controller. Contact: info@agenticobservability.app.
What we collect
If you use the "Notify me" form, we receive the email address you type, and which form you used. The site sends them to us in an email and keeps no copy on the server. We collect nothing else about you: no name, no analytics, no advertising or tracking.
What we use it for, and why we may
We use your address to send you one email when the crew lens ships, which is what you asked for. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above, and we then delete your address. We do not sell, rent or share it, and we do not add it to a mailing list for anything else.
How long we keep it
Until we have sent that one email, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.
Keeping the form free of abuse
To stop floods of automated sign-ups, the server counts sends per connection for one hour. It does not store your IP address for this: it keeps an empty file named by a keyed hash of it, and deletes it after an hour. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable (Article 6(1)(f)).
Hosting and email
The site and its email are hosted by Gandi (Gandi SAS, France), in the European Union. Like any web server, it keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) for security and operation, under Gandi's own practices. There are no transfers of your data outside the European Economic Area.
Cookies and third parties
This site sets no cookies. Its scripts, pictures, 3D models and videos are served from this site itself, so opening a page sends nothing to anyone else.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, write to info@agenticobservability.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Automated decisions
We do not profile you or make automated decisions about you.
Changes
If what the site does with data changes, this note changes with it.
