Live preview terms
These terms cover the live preview of Crew Lens: the working app, which we open for you with a personal link after you ask for it on this site.
What you get
A personal link to Crew Lens running on 18 days of the record of RAIVEN's own crew of coding agents, in the outpost and the space theme, with the timeline and the replay. It holds no client data. The live preview shows software in development: it is provided as it is, without warranties, and its features, data and availability can change.
Your personal link
The link is meant for you. Please do not pass it on: colleagues can ask for their own link on this site. The link works as long as we keep your details (see below), and we may end it earlier, for example when it is clearly being shared.
What we record when the link is used
Each time the link or the live preview is opened, we record:
- the time, and how long the live preview stays open and in use;
- the kind of browser and system (for example Chrome on macOS), and whether it is a phone, a tablet or a computer;
- the country, as our host reads it from the internet address, and the time zone and language the browser reports;
- the screen size;
- a random marker for that browser, kept in a cookie (
ao_dev); - a marker for the network, made from the first part of the internet address with a one-way key. The address itself is not stored.
We use this to see that the live preview is used, how often you come back to it, and whether the link is opened from several browsers, networks or places, which is a sign that it has been shared. We get a short note by email when the live preview is opened; it does not name you.
Emails
We send the link by email, and we may reply to what you wrote in the form. If you tick "Keep me posted" and confirm it from our email, we also send occasional news about the project; each of those emails has a link to stop them.
How long we keep your details
Your name, work email, role, what you wrote and the record of the link's use are kept for 24 months after your last request or visit, then deleted. You can stop the update emails or have everything deleted sooner, with the link at the bottom of our email or by writing to info@agenticobservability.app. The privacy notice has the details, including your rights.
